Open Day at Marco Polo Woonona

On Saturday the 29th of July, Marco Polo Woonona had its first successful open day for the residents living in the Edgewood Estate surrounding the facilty. With approximately 250 residents of the estate visting, taking tours, enjoying the sausage sizzle and learning about the services that Marco Polo Aged Care provide it certainly was a hub of excitement.

Visitors enjoyed the delights of Cafe Roma, toured the beauty, hairdressing salon and nail bar all open to those who wish to enjoy our wonderful services and shopped up a storm in our new open to the public convenience store.

The day was enjoyed not only by those who accepted our invitations but also by the staff who really had a great time meeting our neighbours. Those of us from Marco Polo wish to say thank you to those who welcomed us into their community and we look for to many future events that embraces the residents of Edgewood Estate.
